Lloyd Kenzle

Lloyd Kenzle has completed the Home Inspection Training by Carson Dunlop & Associates. He is also a member in good standing and has successfully completed all membership requirements of the Biritsh Columbia Insatute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI) www.asttbc.org and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). www.nachi.org. He has continually upgraded his knowledge and skills with continuing education through course and examination put forth by NACHI and BCIPI Education.

• Lloyd has been involved in several building projects, including many home improvements. He has been trained to identify the positive attributes, maintenance requirements and explain potenial problems, deficiencies and safety concerns.
• Lloyd owns and manages his own apartment building.
• Lloyd is a member of the Westbank & District Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International & West Side Toastmasters.
• Lloyd and his wife Linda have lived in West Kelowna for ten years.
• Prior to living in the Okanagan they lived in the interior of BC where he was a business owner for over 20 years.
• They have two sons and he has been involved in minor hockey, toastmasters and the Chamber of Commerce.
• In his spare time he enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, customizing and building hot rods.
