Your inspector will perform a visual inspection of all accessible systems and components and will prepare a comprehensive yet understandable report that he will review with you personally.
A comprehensive inspection includes:
- roof, vents, flashings, and trim
- doors and windows
- gutters and downspouts
- roof, attic, and skylights
- fireplace and chimney
- decks, stoops, porches, walkways, and railings
- eaves, soffits and fascia
- grading and drainage
- basement, foundation and crawlspace
- water penetration and foundation movement
- heating and cooling systems
- main water shut-off valves
- water heating system
- interior plumbing fixtures and faucets
- drainage sump pumps with accessible floats
- main disconnect and service amperage
- electrical panels, breakers and fuses
- grounding and bonding
- insulation and ventilation
- appliances
- lights and receptacles
- garage doors, safety sensors, and openers
… and much more.
We also examine every property carefully for signs of mold and/or a previous marijuana grow op.
Your C4U Report
After a thorough inspection, we’ll prepare a report that is easy to read, follow and understand. Next we’ll take you on a tour of the property to clarify what’s in the report and provide you with an opportunity to ask questions.
