Current Opportunities: Licensed Home Inspector

We are a growing, busy Home Inspection Company in the Okanagan Valley looking to grow by adding a full-time qualified inspector. We are looking for highly motivated people who are passionate about providing service and value to homebuyers, sellers and Real Estate Agents and wanting a long-term career. 

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Licensed Home Inspector
• Outstanding customer service skills – able to communicate professionally with people from all walks of life
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen listening skills
• Experience in the home construction industry
• Must be a Problem-Solver – able to think and problem solve ‘on your feet’
• Certification by ASTTBC-PI, HIABC, CanNachi, or similar organization
• Computer skills in both PC and Mac
• Understanding of the home buying process / real estate
• Understanding of Infrared Thermal Imaging
• Knowledge of construction defects
• Ability to market and promote the company and brand
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, sincere, and friendly demeanor
• Punctual, non-smoker
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance required
• Available for work weekdays and weekends
