Information collected during an inspection

To perform an inspection and produce your report, we collect property details, photographs of the property and its systems, observations and measurements, and notes about site conditions.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full credit card number on our systems.

Retention

We keep inspection reports, related records, and client contact information for as long as required to meet our professional, insurance, and legal obligations in British Columbia, and for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. When information is no longer required, we securely destroy, delete, or anonymize it.

We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
